The Silent Holocaust
Has society traded empirical biology for a vocabulary of self-worship? Is the defense of fetal non-personhood a failure of public education or a calculated suppression of conscience? How can principled minds navigate this evolving landscape without succumbing to reactionary compromise for the sake of gaining acceptance from others? The staff of The Allied Report takes a closer look by analyzing the intersections of embryonic science, cultural Selfism, and historical ethics.

The chronicle of man is a long, often blood-stained ledger detailing the struggle of the strong to assert dominion over the weak. From the ancient tyrannies of Mesopotamia to the enlightened oppressors of the modern era, the central theme of human history has been the exploitation of those lacking the voice or the vigor to defend their own existence. In every age & society where the fear of God is absent, the powerful invariably redefine "justice" to be the unhindered exercise of their own will, usually at the expense of the vulnerable and it is here that the current era has hewn its own dark chapter. In the late 20th and early 21st centuries, what was once a clandestine act of desperation has been resurrected and refined into a cornerstone of Western secular identity. The shift to a globally celebrated choice, even a justifiable right, marks one of the most terminal moral inversions in human history.
This modern illusion of right and choice stands in chilling contrast to the shadows of antiquity. For centuries, from the “pessaires” of the Greco-Roman world to the oral poisons of ancient Western cultures, the practice of abortion was a tool of the occulted shadows, utilized primarily to conceal the evidence of illicit sex or to preserve the fading “sex appeal” of the immature or promiscuous in society who viewed the feminine body as a means for attention or money and the child as a mere burden to their perceived social standing. Yet, where pagan societies once practiced this slaughter in the hushed periphery of civilization, the modern world has now brought the tools of death into the light of the public square, demanding that the massacre of the innocent be sanctioned, this time guised as a fundamental human right, even a virtue.
Modern secularists and social critics frequently dismiss the foundations of traditional morality as nothing more than a relic of “Judeo-Christian” dogma that is wrongly and artificially imposed upon a pluralistic society by proponents of religion or particular political flavors. And, by framing this objective moral law as a sectarian intrusion to be dispensed of (together with religion and faith), they clear the way for another religion of their own. The religious worldview of Selfism enshrines personal autonomy as its deity, humanity’s highest good, where any perceived inhibition of an individual’s desires or comfort is viewed as an intolerable violation of “fundamental rights”, as they have been so-called. This ideology, rooted in the fundamental deconstruction of basic human morality, seeks to replace objective truth with subjective “lived experiences.”
Under the clinical guise of “reproductive health,” a devious architecture of death now assists in a systematic extermination of the most helpless and weak: the unborn baby. And, in today’s culture, not only is there a mere tolerance of such a practice; it is celebrated, legislated as a human right, and those who dare to speak on behalf of the defenseless are aggressively demonized as “oppressors” or “religious extremists” who have dared to question the supremacy of the individual will.
The Logic of the Depraved Mind
In the theater of contemporary cultural discourse, the primary defense of infanticide hinges upon the slogan, “My Body, My Choice”, a mantra that is as pervasive as it is completely irrational. By the very standards of empirical science and developmental biology that the political left claims to champion, this logic collapses under its own weight. True genetic science mandates a distinct conclusion: individual human life has a clear, molecular beginning at the precise moment of fertilization.
When the twenty-three chromosomes derived from the father unite with the twenty-three from the mother, a brand-new, entirely unique strand of DNA is established. This coded blueprint is not a component of the mother’s anatomy in the way an organ or a tissue mass is; it is a genetically independent human individual possessing its own distinct fingerprints and its own accelerating heart rhythm. Furthermore, faithful followers of Christ recognize this biological flashpoint as the undeniable beginning of an immortal soul, rendering any defense of abortion completely untenable for those bound to Biblical Christianity.
To argue that the child is merely an extension of the mother’s body is to violently ignore the fundamental laws of biology. A mother who chooses an abortion is not exercising personal autonomy over her own flesh, but is unilaterally executing a death sentence upon an independent image-bearer whose physical location inside the womb holds no bearing on the absolute personhood of the individual. This profound cognitive dissonance is what the Apostle Paul describes in Romans 1:28, “And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper.”
In an age characterized by instant satellite data and high-definition 4D ultrasound imagery, the denial of fetal personhood is not a failure of education, it is a calculated failure of conscience. It is a deliberate, systematic suppression of the truth in unrighteousness. Humanity’s inherent selfishness will manufacture any excuse to validate its behavior, and in a culture of absolute self-worship, the murder of a child becomes nothing more than a cold, logical backup plan for blockade to the god of personal autonomy.
Uncompromised Allegiance in a Reactionary Age
Sadly, with a rise in such deconstructive Christian faith, it must be noted with no uncertainty that, while a godless society, abandoned to this judicial blindness, will inevitably codify, defend, and celebrate actions that are fundamentally evil, followers of God’s Word are strictly commanded to remain unspotted from the world and have absolutely no part in its pagan rebellion against the Creator. There exists no theological loophole, no political compromise, and no cultural exception that allows for Christian acceptance or passive neutrality toward the destruction of the unborn. To capitulate to the spirit of the age on this issue is to participate in the very depravity that God condemns. What a fractured culture champions as an exercise of personal autonomy, the believer must unswervingly expose as an abomination against the Creator, leaving no room for fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness.
A Christian’s allegiance to biblical truth must never succumb to the trap of political reactionaryism. Even if an individual harbors intense animosity towards a political movement of figure (such as a secular figure like Donald Trump, who himself has, at times, compromised on the sanctity of life to serve his own pragmatic, political ends), that personal aversion can never justify a reactionary surrender to Biblically uncompromisable mandates. The truth of God remains absolute, entirely independent of the political characters we may or may not oppose; a politician's moral failures or self-serving shifts can never sanitize the horror of murder, nor do they grant a believer license to excuse what the Almighty, our only Pillar of fact & truth, condemns.
Obscure Names and Transparent Evils
In 1941, the Nazi regime dubbed their systematic extermination of the Jewish people “The Final Solution.” Today, our culture titles its own domestic massacre “The Right to Choose.” Both genocides rest on obscure, clinical terminology to mask the raw reality of the slaughter. By framing the execution of children around secular concepts of health, science, and safety, the proponents of infanticide manage to soothe a dying cultural conscience. When challenged, both fiercely defend their right to kill by twisting definitions, aggressively denying that their actions amount to genocide.
Both the mid-century holocaust and the modern abortion industry rely on a core of supporters who deny that industrial-scale murder is taking place. They insulate themselves with the claim that late-term procedures are “rare,” (as if that makes a difference or late-term is the only type in question) or that a fetus lacks true personhood until an arbitrary developmental milestone is reached. This is the exact dehumanization process that allowed the Third Reich to categorize human beings as Untermenschen: the "life unworthy of life."
Yet there is one stark, terrifying difference between the victims of World War II and the victims of the modern womb. Many Jews heard the rumors, acted, escaped, or fought back. Not one baby can defend itself against “The Right to Choose.” Whether they are left to expire on a cold table after a failed abortion or are literally torn apart inside what should be their safest sanctuary, they remain the most helpless victims in human history.
The Legislative Darkening: A Lesson from the United Kingdom
This systemic deception is not a theoretical threat; it is actively being codified into law through political sleight of hand. Recent legislative developments in the United Kingdom serve as a chilling case study in how the culture of death advances when a society abandons its moral foundations. Under the leadership of the Labour Party, radical abortion liberalization was quietly buried deep inside a massive omnibus legal reform bill. Because it was hidden rather than introduced as standalone legislation, it sailed through the House of Commons almost entirely unnoticed by the British public.
The reality of this law is stomach-turning: it removes all criminal considerations for a woman who induces her own abortion right up to the literal moment of birth. It is a direct, state-sanctioned authorization of infanticide. Even the House of Lords, which traditionally functioned as a conservative constitutional brake on the erratic passions of the Commons, has been so stripped of its historic influence that it can no longer halt these radical shifts.
Tragically, the nation's institutional religious leadership completely failed to provide a clear, prophetic voice. While the Archbishop of Canterbury, Sarah Mullally, technically supported an amendment to limit this expansion, her response was entirely devoid of moral urgency or biblical clarity. When spiritual heads refuse to call murder by its proper name, a nation loses its compass. This legislative meltdown creates a horrific medical disaster, authorizing the termination of a child at forty weeks of gestation and leaving healthcare professionals in the unsettling position of handling the remains of a child legally executed minutes before birth. As Al Mohler says, “It is a direct authorization of the murder of the unborn right up until the moment of birth.” (Mohler, The Briefing - Thursday, March 19, 2026)
The Satanic Root and the Policy of Rebellion
To understand the magnitude of this situation, one must recognize the spiritual root of the conflict. The Scriptures are clear: Satan has been a “murderer from the beginning” (John 8:44). He is the father of lies and the architect of every movement that seeks to destroy the life that God creates. From the infanticide ordered by Pharaoh in the days of Moses to the slaughter of the innocents by Herod, the target of the enemy has always been the most vulnerable image-bearers.
In the United States, this spiritual rebellion is not confined to one side of the political aisle. While both major parties operate within a fundamentally corrupt, fallen system, routinely promoting sin-driven iniquity, pragmatic compromises, and corporate greed, the defiance of God's law has received a uniquely institutionalized endorsement. One of the two primary parties has explicitly adopted the sins of Romans 1, verbatim, as a formal platform, elevating the slaughter of infants and the normalization of sexual perversion into a central tenet of its identity. By constructing an entire political agenda around the systemic advancement of radical secular humanism, the LGBTQ+ collective, gender-identity deconstruction, and the unlimited abortion-rights complex, this platform explicitly mirrors the downward spiral of divine abandonment detailed in Paul's epistle. From the willful suppression of the Creator’s design to the state-sanctioned murder of the unborn, these movements validate the indictment of Romans 1:32 by transforming behavior that God condemns into a formalized party stance that grants “hearty approval to those who practice them.”
This transcends standard legislative debates over economics or foreign affairs; it is an overt advocacy for what God hates. When a political faction champions unrestricted sexual license and treats the industrial execution of the resulting child as a mere backup plan, that society has reached a level of institutionalized paganism that challenges the darkest eras of human history. A massive segment of the culture now demands the right to mass-murder innocent infants in the womb as a core civil right.
The systemic hypocrisy of the proponents was sharply exposed by theologian John MacArthur:
“The reasons they would give you are these: ‘It’s a matter of freedom. A woman has a right over her own body.’ That’s not her body; that’s somebody else’s body. That’s not her body. ‘Oh, women shouldn’t be victimized by men.’ You’re not a victim if you lie down with a man. ‘Well, the child may have some genetic defect or some issue.’ (…) ‘We have to do some eugenic abortions to eliminate birth defective children because of cost, trouble.’ ‘Women need total reproductive freedom.’ One writer says, ‘Women must have abortion as a backup to contraceptive failure.’ Murder as a backup.” (MacArthur, Abortion and the Campaign for Immorality, https://www.gty.org/sermons/90-448/abortion-and-the-campaign-for-immorality)
The hypocrisy is stunning. Those who pride themselves on claiming to honestly defend the weak and the marginalized in society are the same individuals who unleash a deadly force of violence against infants in the womb. This is a formula for divine judgment. As Proverbs 6:16-17 states, the Lord hates “hands that shed innocent blood.”
The Science of Personhood and the Creator’s Hand
The Bible does not view a fetus as a mass of tissue; it views the unborn as a child under the direct, formative care of the Almighty. Psalm 139:13-16 gives staggering clarity:
“For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.”
God is the Weaver. He is personally involved in the genetic coding of every individual. Conception is an act of God, and every person created is made in His image (Genesis 1:27). This “Imago Dei” is the foundation of human dignity. It is why Exodus 21:22-25 mandates a “life for a life” if a child in the womb is harmed. To abort a child is not just a social issue; it is an anti-God act. It is an assault on the Creator’s prerogative to give and take life. Even when a child is born with a disability, they are not a “mistake.” In Exodus 4:11, the Lord asks, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes him mute or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, Yahweh?”
The humanist view, which suggests that a child’s “quality of life” or economic cost justifies their execution, is a rejection of the sovereignty of God. Every life conceived is immortal; every child who is slaughtered in the womb will live forever in the presence of God, but those who kill them, and the societies that endorse the killing, will be held to a terrifying account.
The Culture of Death vs. The Word of Truth
The modern world has been deluded by the lies of proponents like Margaret Sanger, whose eugenics-based philosophy sought to eliminate those she deemed “human weeds.” And, while her methods have been updated with sterile clinics, other medical care alongside, and sophisticated marketing, the goal remains the same: the elimination of the unwanted for the convenience of the powerful.
The “godless lie of empathy” is often used to justify these atrocities. Proponents argue that we must “understand the plight” of the mother, as if using her circumstances overrides the objective moral law of God or basic human reactions of what is good and bad trump what God has said. But, as contextual Scripture makes evidently clear, understanding a person’s struggle does not grant them the right to murder their neighbor and there is no one more a neighbor to a mother than the child within her.
The Only Hope for a Deceived and Depraved Generation
So, what is the duty of the Christian in this hour of darkness? In an era where 125,000 babies are killed every single day, roughly 100 every minute, the call is for, first and foremost, unwavering prayer to Almighty God, imploring Him to restrain these horrendous acts committed by those blinded by self-love. To this end, the church must pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) for the protection of the unborn and the repentance of civil leaders. Even as prayer outside abortion clinics is increasingly criminalized by a secular state that innately fears the power of spiritual intercession and an appeal to a law higher than its own, the divine command to intercede before the throne of God above remains an unbendable mandate that no human legislature can revoke.
Christians understand that the root cause of this genocide is sin, and the only cure is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Followers of Christ are called to evangelize the lost, the mothers, the fathers, the medical professionals, the politicians, and even the deceived religious advocates of such practices, pointing them to the truth that sets captives free, while willingly sacrificing time and resources to provide the alternative to abortion, which stands as the ultimate earthly reflection of the Gospel: adoption.
The very ground cries out with the blood of hundreds of millions of infants, leaving a fallen world utterly guilty of industrial-scale murder. Yet, above the horrific din of this global slaughter, the sovereign, overruling grace of God extracts glory, even from the depths of man’s depravity. For God in His mercy instantly ushers these murdered little ones straight from the mother’s womb into their place in eternity.
But this divine rescue does not trivialize or excuse the slaughter. Rather, it demonstrates an overarching sovereignty that completely overmatches human malice. As the psalmist declares in Psalm 22:10, the pre-born belong intimately to the Creator from the very beginning: “Upon You I was cast from birth; You have been my God from my mother’s womb.” It is this absolute confidence that comforted King David upon the tragic death of his infant son in 2 Samuel 12:23, knowing that while the child could not return to him, he would eventually go to him.
For those who carry the crushing weight of a past abortion, those who financed it, or the society that actively cheered it, this same sovereign grace offers complete forgiveness and total restoration. To a culture that might shrink from the severity of this sin, the gospel cuts through all human self-righteousness. Christ leveled the moral playing field in the Sermon on the Mount, demonstrating that anyone who harbors hatred in their heart is a murderer before a holy God. No one stands on high moral ground. Yet, if the Apostle Paul, by his own admission a blasphemer and an active participant in the murder of the saints, could be radically redeemed by grace, then no abortionist, complicit parent, politician, pundit, or voter is beyond the reach of the cross. Jesus was “crushed for our iniquities,” and by His wounds, true healing is granted (Isaiah 53:5).
The only escape from this domain of darkness and the blindness of a depraved mind is for Jesus Christ to sovereignly effect a rescue. Followers of the Lord must stand unswervingly for life, not for some feigned political expediency, but wholly out of total allegiance to the Creator. The church remains a shining light in the midst of a dying world, exalting the Son of God until He returns to put every enemy under His feet. The immutable truth of Scripture continues to be the only weapon capable of shattering the deceit of unbridled personal autonomy and the wickedness that invariably comes with it.
Is your shame all you see?
Are your sins dark and deep?
Your High Priest lives to plead your forgiveness
What you owed, He has paid
What was dead, He has raised
All your guilt for His grace
Run to Jesus
He will lift your head
He will be your rest
What you owed, He has paid
What was dead, He has raised
All your guilt for His grace
Run to Jesus
Run to Jesus
